Dear Homeowners and Board Members,

On behalf of the entire community, we wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to our outgoing Homeowners Association Board of Directors. Their dedication, time, and hard work have been instrumental in managing our community and ensuring it remains a wonderful place to live. Volunteering for the HOA board is often a challenging and time-consuming job, and we are grateful for the countless hours and effort these individuals have selflessly contributed over their terms. Their commitment to acting in the best interest of our community has been invaluable.

As one chapter closes, another begins. We are thrilled to welcome our newly elected Board of Directors. We look forward to their fresh perspectives and energy as they step into these important leadership roles.

Thank you to all the volunteers that came out to help clean up the front entryway of our community and restore our beautiful sign. And a special thanks to Laurie Edwards for organizing this "Day of Service" on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Enjoy these photos of the process and finished product.

June, 2023:

During summertime, landscaper will come every Thursday to cut the grass. If you want to cut your backyard, please make sure you open your backyard gate. Also, if you have a dog, you have to make sure all dog feces are picked up from your backyard. Due to health reason, the landscaper will not cut your grass if they find any feces.

Pool Closed - Monday, March 13th for a week.

Dear Melwood Oaks Homeowners,

Melwood Oaks has awarded the pool deck repair contract to Decocrete beginning of Monday, March 13th, 2023~March 15, 2023, weather permitting. Pool will be closed for a week.

Dear Melwood Oak Residents,

In regards to the updated wi-fi/cable contract, Spectrum has notified us the completion date for the node split has been changed to Feb 1, 2023

We apologize for this delay and understand your frustration. I would anticipate another delay. As more updates come through we will keep all residents posted.
